Say it out loud while your client rests. Appointic books the session, keeps the pass count and saves the note — and from Standard, your client gets a reminder in Telegram to confirm with one tap.
Here as a client? I have an invitation code

Mid-session, a client texts to move Thursday. You reply at nine at night, from memory, and hope you got the time right.
Was that the seventh session or the eighth? The notebook says one thing, the client remembers another, and nobody wants to argue about it.
Last week’s working weight, the knee that clicks, the shoulder to go easy on. Twenty clients in, the details start to slip.
“Igor, Thursday, seven, personal training.” Say it while you rack the dumbbells, and the booking is there when you next look at your phone.
Each session you mark done takes one off. You see how many are left, and Appointic tells you when the pass is about to run out.
The knee, the shoulder, last week’s numbers — all on the client’s card. Open it before the session, and nothing gets lost.
A client texts to move a session? Say the new time, and Appointic moves it and lets the client know. From Standard.
Ahead of the session, your client gets a reminder in Telegram. One tap confirms it, and if plans change, they can cancel it themselves. From Standard.
The day and the week in front of you, with the free windows between clients, so you know at once where a new client fits.
“Igor on Thursday at seven in the evening, personal training as usual. And note his knee is acting up again — no deep squats.”
Reminders to clients go out in Telegram, from Standard.
Starting is free, and no card is needed. You pay only when your schedule is full enough for it to make sense.
No. From Standard, the reminder arrives in Telegram, and confirming takes one tap. If a client wants to see their sessions and how many are left on the pass, they can join with the code you give them.
No. Appointic is built for one-on-one work. A partner session for two is fine — set it up as a service of its own. A booking holds one client, though: the reminder (from Standard) goes to that one person, and when you mark the session done, it comes off their pass only, not their partner’s. Groups with a list of participants are not something Appointic handles.
Record that a client has paid for a pass of, say, ten sessions. Each session you mark done takes one off, and both of you can see how many are left.
Tell Appointic the new time, by voice or in text. The session moves, and from Standard the client gets a message in Telegram with the new time.
On the client’s card. A note belongs to the person, not to one session: injuries, limits, working weights, anything they asked you to remember. It is there every time you open their card.
Yes. Choose this month or last, this quarter or last, or this year, and get a table of sessions and payments, plus a file you can hand straight to your accountant. In the web cabinet, on Pro.

Book with oil on your hands, keep a note on each client, let a course of sessions count itself.

Lesson packages parents pay for, notes on what each student covered, next week booked in one sentence.

The shade she had last time, a gap that fits brows, the next visit booked under the lamp.
