FAQ
Questions people ask
How much does it cost?
Free costs nothing: the schedule, clients, bookings and the assistant, with daily limits. Standard and Pro are paid by the month or by the year, and a year costs as much as eight months. You can try Standard free for 14 days, with no card, once per person.
Do my clients need to install anything?
No. From Standard, the bot reaches them in Telegram: a reminder ahead of the session, and word of a one-off booking, a move or a cancellation. The app is only for clients who want to see their sessions; they join with the code you send them.
What languages does the assistant understand?
Ukrainian, English, and a sentence that mixes Ukrainian with Russian. It never acts on its own: every change comes as a card you confirm or edit.
Are my voice recordings kept?
No. Speech is recognised on the server, and the recording is deleted from the provider right after; it is kept neither on your phone nor with us.
Can clients book themselves?
No, there is no self-booking page. You make every booking, by voice or by hand, and a client can cancel within your cancellation window.
Can I run it under my own brand?
Yes. The platform can carry your name, icon, colours and domain, show only the trades you work with, and run on our servers or on your own Supabase project. A brand is set up together with us, not with a button.
